You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. stashsave does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for any content submitted by users.
Stashsave reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Some services on stashsave may require payment. By using such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.
